From September 6 to 7, Shu Min and his delegation visited Fujian Jinyuan Textile Company, Fujian Jinlun High Fiber Co., Ltd. and Hengshen Holding Group Co., Ltd. production workshops and 5G smart factories introduced by Lin Shangguo, Chairman of Fujian Shangkun Investment Co., LTD., in Fuzhou. Zheng Hong, chairman of Fujian Jinlun High Fiber Co., LTD., and Chen Jianlong, chairman of Hengshen Holding Group Co., LTD., had a discussion and exchange. Shu Min briefly introduced the economic and social development, history and culture of Suizhou and the development of textile and garment industry, and invited entrepreneurs to invest and develop in Suizhou and Guangshui.

From September 8 to 9, Shu Min and his delegation attended the 2023 Hubei Conference held by the Provincial Department of Commerce in Xiamen. Fujian Industrial Cooperation and open platform investment promotion meeting, and witnessed Suizhou High-tech Zone and Hubei Tairen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. successfully signed an investment of 1 billion yuan of biological enzyme disinfectant project on the platform, the project mainly produces medical efficient multi-enzyme disinfectant, the project will achieve an output value of 1.5 billion yuan after completion, annual tax of 130 million yuan, can promote 800 employment.

During her stay in Xiamen, Shu Min and her delegation went to the Global Investment and Trade Pavilion of the 13th China International Fair for Investment and Trade twice, visited the special exhibition areas of new energy equipment, green agriculture, health care and so on, and learned about the special exhibits of countries around the world.
In the Congo National exhibition area, Shu Min and his delegation visited the high-end fire trucks displayed by Hubei Boli Special Vehicles, and exchanged with Xu Hao-en, Executive Deputy Director of the Congo Gold Investment Promotion Bureau and Vice Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce.
